Cellos and Cases

Lumiere Cello

Our cellos are produced to a high standard for intermediate and advanced players.

The tonewoods are excellent and these instruments offer a rewarding sound. These cellos can be found in the shops of our stockists and each one is unique and has been set up to maximise the instrument’s potential.

You’ll find some with French and some with Belgian style bridges, different string combinations and tailpieces. For this reason we do not list suggested prices on our website.

The models that we offer are currently Strad models, however we may be able to offer other models such as Guadagnini in the future.

These instruments are made in China and come from a small workshop that produces excellent quality instruments.

We understand that learning an instrument is a challenge in itself, without having to fight or make compromises for an instrument that doesn’t work properly.

Available in 7/8 and full size. You can pair these with our synthetic WARCHAL Amber or Brilliant cello strings, or set them up with the string set of your choice.

  • Our Intermediate level cello available in 7/8 and 4/4 sizes. A cello that will take the player to Grade 8 Level (with practice!). Handmade with good tonewoods.

  • Our Semi Hard cello case is available in 3/4 and 4/4 sizes. It will comfortably hold a Strad or similar pattern cello.

    It has a well thought out design and is made from sturdy materials.
